Senior Thesis 2025: Restoring a Jayco Exhibition IV
Vintage caravans and the #vanlife movement are booming thanks to their nostalgic charm, affordability, and social media appeal. People love restoring retro vans for travel, sustainability, and freedom. With remote work on the rise, more are choosing van life as a creative and adventurous lifestyle. My plan is joining this movement, to restore this 1980 Jayco caravan for profit.

SOCIAL ACTION PROJECT : Domestic Violence
Domestic violence affects people from all walks of life in NSW. One in four women and one in eight men have experienced violence from a partner or family member. We’re working to break the silence, support survivors, and build a future free from fear and harm. The change starts with us. Jack, Jye, Kallin and I have raised $864 to support this cause.

SOCIAL ACTION PROJECT: Landcare FORRESTERS BEACH
Invasive plants like Bitou Bush, Watsonia, and Buffalo Grass threaten native ecosystems at Forresters Beach. Through our Landcare project, we removed harmful species and learned about their impacts. Managing invasives is vital for biodiversity and I really enjoyed working on this hands-on, community-driven project for positive change.

SOCIAL ACTION PROJECT: The 7 bridges walk
The 7 Bridges Walk is a 28-kilometre loop through Sydney, crossing some of the city’s most iconic bridges, including the Harbour Bridge, Gladesville, and Iron Cove. It’s a community event held each October to raise funds for Cancer Council, and it draws thousands of people each year—some walking for fitness, some for fun, and many in memory or support of someone facing cancer.

Effects of magnesium on sports performance.
Magnesium is a vital mineral for athletes, supporting muscle function, energy levels, recovery, sleep, and mood. My study explored the impact of taking a daily magnesium supplement on my sports performance. Results showed improved endurance, reduced fatigue and cramping, better recovery, and a more balanced mood—highlighting magnesium’s powerful role in athletic performance and wellbeing.
